About Linda Sailer and Jason Racicot

Linda Sailer, Broker Associate, REALTOR®

Originally from Plymouth, Vermont, Linda attended Johnson State Teachers College but decided to pursue a career in real estate. After obtaining her agents license in 1974 followed by her brokers license in 1976, she became an agent with Contemporary Associates at the Killington Ski Area. In addition to gaining experience in ski resort real estate sales, Linda became co-owner of the Lindal Cedar Homes franchise in a four state area. During that time she gained expertise as a general contractor and designer. In 1984, Linda established her own real estate brokerage at the Okemo ski area where she experienced great success.

After many years of skiing in the West, Linda made the decision to relocate to her favorite place and moved to Park City in 1995. This turned out to be an excellent family decision with her eldest son Jason, already a member of the US Freestyle Ski Team, able to attend the University of Utah and graduate with a B.S. in Finance. Jason now works with her in their real estate practice. Her youngest son Aaron is a golf pro in South Carolina.

Linda lives on Old Ranch Road with her horses and two black labs. In addition to skiing and riding, she enjoys golf and real estate. A great listener, she has always excelled at working with buyers to find their perfect property. Her professionalism and ability to produce results has earned the loyalty and friendship of many clients who continue to refer their friends to Linda and trust her to be their listing agent.
