Park City, Utah Realtors Now With Summit Sotheby's International Realty - Coldwell Banker's Park City Offices Bought by Summit Sotheby's International Realty.

Linda and I would like to announce our new affiliation with Summit Sotheby’s International Realty. Our Coldwell Banker offices were purchased by Summit Sotheby’s Realty last week. All has happened very quickly, so we are working to make the transition as easy as possible for our clients.

By consolidating the offices we will have 50 additional agents in house to share our listings with. In addition to our Park Avenue and Main Street offices we will now have two more offices located in Silver Lake Village in Deer Valley, and Redstone at Kimball Junction, which will give our listings even more exposure.

Summit Sotheby’s International Realty is a great mesh for Linda and I as well as for our clients in the fact that our firm is known internationally, having affiliates around the world. Our marketing capabilities will be even greater than Coldwell Banker and they did a great job. Yes, you will still have very high end brochures, all done by our in house marketing department. We will continue to advertise your properties as aggressively as we have in the past.
