Promontory's real estate sales will now operate as a division of Summit Sotheby's International Realty in order to take advantage of their international marketing and sales network. Promontory Ranch Club is over 7,000 acres and is a private second-home, luxury mountain community. Promontory offers two championship golf courses designed by Jack Nicklaus and Pete Dye. Other amenities include an equestrian center, two club houses, kids cabin, pool, tennis courts, spa, outfitter's cabin and Alpine Ski Lodge at Deer Valley Resort.
Promontory's real estate opportunities include home-sites and completed homes, Ranch Club Cabins and Trapper's Cabins. Currently due to market conditions there are great deals to be had on the many bank owned and distressed properties in Promontory, many built as spec homes. Bank owned single family homes and short sales start at around $800,000.
