Silver Springs is also known as Snyderville and is located just before The Canyons Resort on the opposite side of Highway 224. The Silver Springs area consists mainly of single family homes and tends to be more of a year-round neighborhood and is family oriented.

Subdivisions of Silver Springs include Meadow Springs, Northshore, Ranch Place, Snyders Mill, Meadow Wild and Southshore. There is a small pond located near the Snyders Mill and Northshore communities. There are also a few townhome developments in the Silver Springs area including Meadow Wild, Ptarmigan, Quail Meadows, Silver Meadows, Willow Bend East/Silver Springs Townhomes and Willow Bend West; most of these do not offer nightly weekly rentals.
