Vail Acquires Park City Mountain Resort

At Engel & Völkers Park City, we are tracking the effects of the Vail purchase with keen interest. While it's too soon to predict all the implications from this major change, we feel comfortable in saying that Vail’s presence will be very positive for our marketplace. There are several plots of land now owned by Vail that are available for new development, which will add substantially to Park City’s future real estate growth potential.

Park City Resort Season Ticket Prices & Epic Pass Details

Shortly after acquiring Park City Mountain Resort Vail announced that PCMR will be included on the 2014-2015 Epic Pass.

The Epic Local Pass is selling for $569 for adults, $439 for teens and $289 for children. The Epic Local Pass allows "unlimited, unrestricted skiing or riding at Breckenridge, Keystone, Afton Alps, Mt. Brighton and Arapahoe Basin with limited restrictions at Canyons, Heavenly, Northstar and Kirkwood," according to the Vail website. It also includes a total of 10 days at both Vail and Beaver Creek, with holiday restrictions applying to both of those resorts.

The restricted dates at Canyons Resort are: Nov. 28-29, Dec. 26-31, Jan. 17 and Feb. 14-15.
